Hi, I’m Cherie — your Tri-Valley Realtor® who believes buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not stressful. After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I decided to follow my passion for real estate and never looked back. I started out with a little Airbnb project and quickly grew into flipping homes, new construction, and raising private capital for investment properties. Now, I get to combine that hands-on experience with my love for helping people find a place they can truly call home.
What makes me different? I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it feels like to buy your first home, prepare to sell, or wonder if homeownership is even possible.
Tat’s why I focus on making the process approachable, transparent, and even a little fun (yes, it’s possible!). My clients know me as someone who listens, explains the details in plain English, and always has their back.
I also believe real estate is a team effort. Over the years I’ve built strong connections with trusted lenders, movers, handymen, inspectors, cleaners and everyone in-between — so when you work with me, you get a whole support system, not just one agent. Together, we can make big moves!
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen working on my sourdough, digging around in the garden, or trying out new local restaurants because, truth be told, I’m a total foodie. I love weekend getaways just as much as big trips out of the country, and I’m always up for a good summer festival or community event. I stay active in local women’s groups, networking circles, and marketing communities—but my favorite time is the simple stuff: hanging out with my husband, Art, our family, and our circle of friends.
Buying, selling, or just curious about your options? Let’s sit down, chat, and figure out what’s possible for you!
Remember, being curious is always welcome and always free!
